Looks like it's gonna happen. The two sides have until Feb. 26th to reach an agreement. If they can't it will go to the purse bid.

Dawson is going to beat the hell out of Pascal...Pascal is good but he's in over his head when he gets in the ring with Dawson.
He changed my opinion as well with his last fight...At first I was really hard on the guy for him turning down a fight with Miranda at that time, but as he fought Froch and Diacono, I've gain a new more interest in the guy...This fight is all wrong for Pascal though...Good to see Dawson finally fighting some fresh blood!:good

True, but it's still good to see chad in there with someone under 40 in his prime. I'd personally like to see chad fight cloud next. still some lingering doubt for me as to whether or not dawson is a complete fighter, and not just a very skilled elusive guy.
This should be an awesome fight. I think Dawson takes a decision but I'd love to see Chad bring back that killer instinct he had earlier in his career. The guy looked like a wrecking machine prior to the 1st Tarver fight.
