yeh. simular to Katsidis. any fighter that comes over here and puts on a show for the fans, respects his opponent will get the british fans behind him.

Pascal is a beast, but if you can get out boxed by Froch then I'm not sure he can beat dawson tbh. It depends whether dawson is all hype or not...

 

Its clear Pascal is mentally stronger and has the psycological advantage.

 

I don't think Pascal will try to box him. His game plan will be to make it a proper dog fight, rough him up. Dawson can be hurt, he knows he needs to put on a show.

 

The first time I saw Pascal was the Froch fight.

I was impressed with him and thought he would come good in the end.

Sure enough - he was WBC Light Heavyweight Champ soon after.

 

i remember the impression of pascal before the fight was that he was a bit of a flair guy who wouldn't of been able to go into a battle with Froch.

 

Froch jumped on him straight away and tried to put him away in one round.

As Froch believed and said that Pascal was out of his depth as he was completly unproven.

But he showed what a competitor he was.

I felt he was just a bit too inexperienced at 26 years old and in his 1st World title fight and Froch just had the edge.

But up at Light Heavyweight I fancy him to beat Froch.

 

I think I'd fancy him against Froch at Super Middleweight and Light Heavyweight now to be honest. He's become a more well rounded fighter since in my opinion.

He was the one after the fight who you felt had the more potential for improvement.

He was younger for one thing.

The Froch fight probaly was a very vaulable experience for him and made him a more rounded fighter.
