Pascal-Dawson

Would be a brilliant fight. Pascal would boss it.

 

Dont know that Pascal is ready for Dawson...He was at times being outboxed by Froch in thier fight.

 

I would thoroughly enjoy this fight I think. I give the advantage to Dawson, but Pascal is definitely an exciting fighter who might be a bit underrated. I think that not only could he pull it off, but he'd definitely make it a good fight and get the best out of Dawson. Could be a step in the right direction for Dawson, win or lose.

 

Well there negotiating, so that's something. I don't want to see this fight because Pascal right now is injured, and I'd rather see Dawson fight Tavoris Cloud or Hopkins.

 

Pascal might not be ready for a June so Dawson should fight Cloud in the meantime.

 

yep Pascal just had shoulder surgery, wont be in action until June. I'd like to see Dawson destroy Cloud in March or so and Dawson-Pascal could be a great match for Fall

I like this fight..I got Dawson by UD...but i think he will get rocked atleast once and will have to weather that blow...I didn't think this fight would even be possible in June though..I thought Pascal's injury during the Diaconu fight would sideline him a lot longer.

Hopkins wants nothing to do with Dawson and God forbid that fight. Dawson already fought two old men in a row hopefully he doesn't make it three. I'd rather see him fight Cloud.

 

Yeah I don't want him to fight Hopkins either..But dawson hasn't even talked about Cloud from what I've been reading!

 

Yeah, I have yet to hear about negotiations for that fight too...

 

Hopkins said he was going to fight the winner of Johnson-Dawson when he was on FNF earlier this year......I'd personally love to see that fight to see how those styles would mesh, but it would be a stinker for the casual fight fan so I'm glad Hop wants nothing to do with it. Anyways another 40 year old on the resume is the last thing Chad needs at the moment.
