Pascal-Froch, final thoughts

Froch won the bronze at the olympics (i think !) but pascal lost to a cuban who won the gold after. The fight was close.

Pascal is really talented. He moves well, his timing is good, he is fast and slick. Pascal is a tremendous athlete, his punching technique is not too bad. His footwork and balance are all good. Mentally, he is hungry. I personally dont see any problem with his chin. Im more concerned about his stamina. I hope he worked on his conditionning.

Froch hits hard, his punching technique is near perfection. He is sneaky, intelligent, fight at home and has faced better opposition. However, I think pascal is not a good match for him. I see pascal beating him to the punch most of the night. pascal ud

 

Yeah I kinda agree. I don't want to make it this simple but Boxer beats puncher, puncher beats brawler, brawler beats boxer.....froch = puncher, pascal = boxer. We'll see how it all plays out after the judges are done robing....I mean when its all said and done.

 

Pascal went to school to become a police officer.

 

Granted, we might be reading too much into this. It might turn out to have no bearing on his actual state of mind and even if it does, it might not affect his performance on the night to any extent...:conf

yeh froch does like his cheap shots'kness an kicks while ur on da floor layed out ask robin eid or brian magee. and for the other guy froch never went olympics he won bronze at the world games which is harder than olympics as all countrys and nations enter but olympics is more prestigious and commercial

 

I hope Pascal wins. Will he win is a different story.
