Dawson's performance was mediocre. Certainly I give Pascal credit for besting him, but not unlimited credit, if Dawson had a great night and Pascal defeated him, Pascal would rate a lot higher in my mind then he does after defeating an unbelievably disappointing Dawson... If he had KO'd him ok, but with the fight ending the way it did...

I'd love to see a rematch. If Dawson is still crap, then he was a huge hype job. If his performance is anywhere near his P4P ranking of the past, and Pascal still defeats him, then Pascal would rate a lot higher in my opinion.

I like PAscal, followed his career for years, and I want to see him win, but I still give Hopkins 50/50 chances to win, even if I dislike Hopkins. There's quite a bit to exploit in a boxer like Pascal... Steward summed it up well: "He's like Roy Jones Jr, but he's not Roy Jones Jr...". A crafty boxer like Hopkins can take advantage of Pascal's sloppiness, and I believe it could be a genuine matchup. Getting menstrual because I said so is just moronic.

If he's as pathetic as he was against Pittman or any of his other unimpressive victories, where "we didn't see the real Jean-Pascal", Hopkins will have him for dinner, if he's not shot... Prime Hopkins would have schooled him. An aging Hopkins might still be able to do it.

I still root for Pascal, but I want to see a good fight, not a shot Hopkins, not a half awake Dawson... If he wins simply because his opponent fought like crap, fought half heartedly for 90% of the fight, or is simply too old, then you know, bit whoop.
