Styles do make fights, but I think in this particular fight the age factor trumps the style factor. Of course it still matters. But we are talking about two elite fighters. Age wasnt going to be as big a factor vs. Ornelas or Jones because Ornelas is a B level fighter and Jones is also old for a fighter. Pascal is a young top fighter in his prime. This will be more of a battle of age vs. youth, than Pascals style vs. Bernards. As said above, If this was 3 or 4 years ago that would be different. Hopkins at his best beats Pascal. I dont think anyone would argue Hopkins is a better skilled fighter, but im talking about a 46 year old Bernard.

If Hopkins thinks he can beat Pascal then I am giving him the benefit of the doubt. I like Hopkins to outbox Pascal for the UD.

im gonna go on a limb here and say pascal tko in 10, i think bhop will be out of his comfort zone boxing in quebec, and being distracted, old, slower than pascal...i think pascal will be too much for hopkins
