Your right... But Miranda sitting in his chair was more exciting to watch than Pascal running away from Norman that night. :yep
He was tired walking into the ring that night. Than he was getting the crap beat out of him, it was amazing he was still standing by round 7. Staminia issues have never been a problem with him. According to his trainer, Jose Bonilla, he is the best conditioned boxer he has ever worked with.
Not his trainer, but I know the team well so keep talking. :good He didnt hurt Green or Eastman early but was well ahead on points so I think he could do the same with Pascal.
I like pantera, he got robbed vs abraham. His only two losses were verse two of the middleweight champions, no shame in that especially when one of them was a BS decision. Pantera is a monster and is going to be a strong contender at 168.
Yea he got robbed and ya his 2 losses are vs top MWs but Pascal is a future top SMW and is a monster at this weight...
LOL! like mayorga? atsch atsch i have RARELY seen miranda throw ANY wild haymakers in the manner that mayorga does, in fact... mayorga and miranda are NOTHING alike in fighting style. Mirandas crudeness is so overated its funny! Mirandas problem isnt being wild atsch its not being able to mix up his punches into variation, having a solid defence, being able to fight backing up, sticking to an effective jab, gets stuck throwing the same straight right hand over and over, tends to get confused when that isnt working. mayorga throws crazy ass punches from all over the place, from the rafters, almost all power punches... with almost NO defence more then half the time, little ring movement outside of chasing his opponents down, ect. how the two get compared so much is beyond me and doesnt show much about knowing eather imo.
as for the thread... GO MIRANDA... something about this pascal guy i dont like.... and at the same time im worried for miranda. I really wish Miranda would develop more his jab.... he has such long arms and is strong, he could be VERY effective with that jab. I fear that Miranda may always be good enough to be near the top, but there will always be great fighters around to beat him. If i was him id do everything he could to get back down to 160. hes not going to beat JC or Kessler at 168... 175 you have Steve.... id like to see him fight tarver as i think he could knock tarver out, but it sucks... i just dont see where he fits in terms of making his own legacy. but i guess it starts here... to be honest i havnt been that impressed with pascal (spelling?) he seems like a roy jones wannabe.... I think if miranda uses his jab, strength, and pressure he could make things VERY interesting but im nervous nontheless....
His left is pretty freakin powerful as well. It almost knocked Eastman off his feet and dropped Davis with one left body shot. He just favors the overhand right. He doesnt need to rely in it so much.
