Pascal vs. Bute fight-fans - whom will you support more?

Sorry, missed that great thread! It's a shame the poll is closed.

I will also stand by Bute no matter what (i.e. fight his corner). But if I think he's shot and should retire, I'll say I think he's shot and should retire. And if he does something that I disagree with, I'll say I disagree with it. Right?

 

Another question: who is going to be hungrier for this: Pascal or Bute?

I'm expecting both to be hungry for this. Whoever isn't hungry shouldn't be in the sport anymore. This fight should bring either back to the spotlight and both know this. Pascal hiring a new conditioner is a good sign he's very focused and serious.

I have watched many, many, a Bute fight over the years.....and I still can't believe what I saw against Froch that night. Something just didn't "look" right at all :blood

Indeed. Bute didn't look like himself and I'll support him until he retires. Like you say, it would be a great story if he comes back from such a tough defeat. A guy standing up after a severe loss, can you see a better boxing story?

Bute's a very likable guy, It's hard not to root for him. But more importantly, I hope we get a great showing from both fighters.

 

I think Bute will stop Pascal. Pascal runs out of gas, does not throw enough punches, then Bute will stop Froch in the rematch.

For the Froch fight, I brang my 11 years old son in a sportsbar. We were a "bit" shocked.

I hope it won't be the same, this time, I bring him to the Bell center. At least, there will be a local winner.

 

That was one of the reasons I felt bad for you Laffie.
Knew that was a big deal.I'm sure he'll perform on the night this time.

 

I'm a Bute fan .
I love his boxing elegant style , especially in the Saiko Bika or Andrade second rematch .
I hope Bute will extract Pascal's liver and after extraction procedure he'll throw ,as a prize , to his fans .
Is time for Bute to beat Pascal and Froch in rematch .
