Yeah but they play up the whole Hopkins trying to be the oldest champ in boxing history angle. I think people would buy into it.

I haven't really got a problem with the 11am start. It's pretty easy to just wake up and watch it. I think we should do an 11am RBR on here. :yep

Some dick would ruin it though :-(

I'd definitely buy their 'this is it' pay per view if they added Pascal/Hopkins II on. Even if they had it live on normal sky channels I'd probably buy the box office just to make it a full night of boxing live.

As it is though I might just go out instead and miss DeGale/Groves and Cleverly/Braehmer. Download them in the morning and then watch before 11am and pretend the Hopkins fight is live.

Definitely should have added it to the PPV. All the boxing fans who are in 2 minds could have been swayed by this. The footage they are producing is quality - on Pascal X II that is.

Rather watch on HBO. Had enough of the shitty Sky commentary.

That works fine for me personally, just happy to see this fight. Something good to wake up to at least. Have loved the build up to it.

at least 11am is a good time for a delayed broadcast unlike the Hatton fight which was at about 6pm on the Sunday I think. Was bloody impossible to avoid spoilers, especially when sky had the result plastered across their website

great news. im happy for them to get big fights like that on the cheap and give us more of them.

id be intrigued to compare viewing figures at 4am to 11am. surely a few mainstream fans would naturally tune in on a sunday morning.

Would also have bought the PPV if they'd included the B-HOP fight as part of the package.
