It's a good fight but kovalev should win quite comfortably. I will be pretty impressed if he get the knockout as pascal is pretty big and tough.

I think we will learn a bit about kovalev in this fight

I think Pascal has a shot at the upset, doesn't mean that he isn't the underdog. But he seems to believe in his chance (probably his last shot to go for glory), ready to commit 110%.

I think Kovalev will ko him mid to late rounds but imo it will be a very good fight. Kovalev is a good champion, not avoiding tough challenges and ready to go where the fights make the most sense financially.

Pascal gases too quick. I hope him all the best, but don't see him doing it.

Kovalev will stand over the fallen bison and lick the sweat and blood from his glove, letting out a blood curdling roar

the question is, will kovalev be able to hold of a young, strong world class guy given kovalev's limitations with speed and defense? ths is not agnew kovalev is facing...it's not caparello or whoever the other joker was he that he fought....and it's not a 50 year old man who kovalev outweighed by 10 lbs and had to doctor his gloves and STILL couldn't stop him....pascal is unlike any fighter kovalev has faced before...pascal has the power to ko kovalev. he has thd speed and quickness to catch kovalev.

i predict kovalev goes down early...gets back up. takes a beating for a couple of rounds...holds on. if he can survive the early rounds, he can probably catch up to pascal late...but then, pascal has never shown stamina problems either. pascal is just not the most technically polished guy. but against a plodder like kovalev, speed kills.

Pascal does have a good style to win rounds off Kovalev...

I favor Kovalev to beat him because 1. Kovalev is a beast and 2. Pascal can get off balance quite a bit. Kovalev will draw him and hop in with the shots to drop him or send him staggering to catch his balance. This will win Kovalev rounds.

Or Kovalev will just knock him right out. Then again, Pascal has seriously awkward punching with good power. Kovalev doesn't have an amazing chin, so maybe we'll see Pascal drop him with something stupid. Who knows.
