But I remeber De La Hoya took the early rounds.

He was the aggresor - and Mayweather looked very ordinary against a fighter he could not dominate.

Like Oscar said after the fight - it would have been a different story if he was a bit younger.

What happened in that fight was Oscar faded down the strecth.

It werent so much Floyd winning the fight - as Oscar just losing steam.

Floyd done nothing in that fight to show dominance over Oscar.

He just waited until Oscar ran out of steam and picked him off a bit.

Floyd talked alot of smack and disrespect towards Oscar in the build up to that fight and he failed to back up his brazen words.
