Jeezo, watched Pat for some time now, as an amateur, WBS and so on and he's a great boxer. That result the night was poor, he should be stopping that kind of opponent. Pretty sure boots Ennis and Ortiz would have got rid of him in there 3rd fight. I really don't believe Davidson is the right coach for him, he's a personal trainer and done a job for Tyson after a long lay off but even Tyson got rid after he wiped him into shape. Think Pat should go back to Graeme Rutherford, why change when it's no broken.

Boxercise has somehow managed to train some of the UK’s best fighters and prospects off the back of being given a job by Tyson as a reward for getting a birds number in Marbella. Fair fooking play, top blagger.

how could he stop an extreme runner /spoiler like that who barely threw a punch? I think the ref should have had a word with the opponent or took points. he was completely refusing to engage, thats not boxing.

Ortiz couldnt even stop feather fist crap mckinson till late who was right in front of him, so I doubt he'd have done this road runner in 6.

I'm really not sold on Ben Davison at all.

I think when the likes of BT have had him on and he's broke down / analysed fights he comes across well and fairly knowledgeable but I've seen many fighters go to him and have there worst performance.

He's very safety first. He did do a great job in not only getting Tyson into shape but back into a boxing ring in general and he should've got the nod that night against Wilder. However, even despite the cut against Wallin, he was very flat that night and I know John Fury put his foot down in terms of telling Tyson he needs to look elsewhere.

Josh Taylor looked a complete shadow of himself against Catterall, Lee McGregor looked miles off it in his last fight which he drew and Billy Joe Saunders also had flat performances under him. In fact the worst I ever seen him box was against Akavov and that was with Davison.
