Floyd demonstrated his heart, and toughness as well in sticking to the script in both out boxing and outspeeding the rugged Chuvalo. I remember seeing this fight back then on tv and marveling at how well Floyd took that punishment to the body that Chuvalo dished out. Floyd landed hard and often on Chuvalo and richly deserved the decison. Floyd's combo punching was superb.
