I agree, Wlad should have let Haye win for the good of boxing. He should be ashamed of himself. Haye would be a much better champion. He's already destroyed Audley Harrison and Monte Barrett. Those are the kinda fights this division needs! Not the klitchsko sisters beating up on poor David Haye. He's a good guy for the sport.

The perfect scenario is if Wlad let Haye win. Then they set up all of Hayes fights, so he can talk trash, gain fans, and then his oppenent lets him win. That would save the division.

nothing that happened in the ring today was "sweet" or "science" it had to be one of the displays of boxing I have ever witnessed! atleast Byrd could box and there was a level of excitement because you wondered could elude the heavy hitters for the whole fight. It was like an olympic boxer fighting a bar room brawler . . . WTF. ANYONE who thought that was high level skill in the ring should really get their head examined.

A young tyson and Ali both could not save this shipwreck! Haye doesnt have clue what he is doing in the ring and the big klit only knows how to throw a 1-2 . . . this is a sad sad day in boxing for sure

Haye turning out to be a fraud does not mean the division is dead.

Yeah byrd vs Davarryl Williamson was a barn burner! And Lewis vs Akinwande, how could we forget that one? And the holyfield vs ruiz trilogy! The fact is, the heavyweight division before klitchsko's sucked balls. Lewis fighting a washed up Tyson who was about 12 years passed his prime, then taking a full year off without fighting. Only to come back vs Kirk Johnson. Luckily he pulled out and was replaced by Vitali. There were some good fights in that era, just like there have been some good fights in this one.

I'm not saying this era is great or even that good. But atleast we know who the champ is, he fights often, and he fights the best available.
