Team Byrne definitely have good reason to feel aggrieved the fight should really have been stopped when he had Crolla down x 3 in that earlier round

 

Yeah that looks even worse and worrying upon watching the replay. Hopefully we get to hear some good news regarding his condition soon

 

Yeah no question he would've waved it off in that round if the roles were reversed and Thompson wasn't the home fighter

Ducar is very tough and can punch and it would be a big statement if Brown gets him out of there. Ducar only been stopped x 1 and that was on a retirement after the 10th by Mike Perez. He lasted the distance vs CBS and hurt him. Lerena. Egorov. Chev Clarke. And Jordan Thompson who he was robbed of a certain KO win over by the final bell

Brown actually fighting his 3rd opponent in a row with a high or very respectable KO% despite this only being his 6th fight. They often try to keep prospects away from punchers early and even with twice or 3 times that amount of fights
