Thanks Malden. Don't feel as bad for losing the bet (still won on the over anyway).

Even though it could have hurt me, I didn't think the stoppage was THAT bad. It surprised me, but then Evenesen didn't seem too upset. As the Brit announcers said, the ref was closer and perhaps saw something not there in his eyes.

Also, I'm not one for the ref to factor the time left in these decisions. Either the guy is fit to go on or he isn't.

I still disagree with it, but I didn't think it was an outrage.

Evensen had a mongish look about his countenance and quite a bit of facial damage, IMO the referee let his human feelings get the better of him. "Let fighters fall ferociously" (made up quote)
