paul appleby v martin lindsay

appleby the little ko artist will ko lindsay in 4 he needs to work on defnece but other than that appleby has all he credentials to be a top fighter, but he should have enough to put lindsay away in less than 5 rounds

 

Paul Appleby is very aggressive with good power but his defence is poor, and is wide open to counters. Lindsy has it all, skill, decent power, patience and a great defence, along with a ring intelligence that Appleby could only wish for. Lindsay would win by a lopsided points verdict or a late round stoppage.:yep

 

lindsay is a hold back fighter , he will be fighting appelbys fight all night if appleby continues his high work rate firing loads of powerfull jabs , it will be a sloppy fight which i think appelby has enough to land flush on Lindsay , n appleby is a good fighter but his defence is weak but he has great body shots then just goes crazy on the head! which does look impressive n makes up for sum of his bad defence, appelby has all the ability to finish but it wouldnt be much of a shock if lindsay can hold on fighting on the back foot landing counters all day and winning on points

 

I have been watching Lindsay from his amateur days in Belfast, and the class was evident then, but his studies got in the way[he is a university graduate]of him accomplishing top honours at International levels.But going by reports, he is fully focused on his boxing, and is going from strength to strenght after promotional deals with both Canadian promoter James Jardine and Irish promoter Brian Peters.I also expect great thing of him this year.:good

i never watched tht but my friend who was in the same lockerroom as appelby says he belives he i one of the greatest to ever step into the ring! he is so swallowed up by his own hype its unreal he shows no respect for opponents before fights i dunno bout afterwards, but he definally has weakness ready to be exploited
