Appleby UD Bell can't knock the skin off rice pudding and lost in his only fight against a winning opponent in Fehintola - he seems to love himself though and will spend all night running to avoid getting KTFO.
Another good fight for Appleby. He needs fights like this against good opponents. The guy has good potential and class, he just needs to build a solid resume and he could be well on his way to further honours. Hope it gets shown on tv.
