Paul Briggs- Any news?

    Since the story late last year re some debilitating virus he had & how he had recovered & was back training it seems to have gone quiet. Paul needs to be active given his age & the potential loss of his ranking.Does anyone have any info on him?

    yeap apparently signed to fight clinton woods happening april, hopefully the hurricane can get back to his best, and knock out woods and then have something over danny green and anthony mundine!!!.... then a few massive paydays....

    I haven't heard anything official about him fighting Woods, nor have I heard any interest from the Woods camp.

    I doubt this fight will come off.

    Take it as gospel he is fighting Woods around April.

    Manager Stu Duncan has confirmed as much. Media release next week apparently.

    I hope you're right mate, it's just that I never thought that Paul had the drawing power to score such a fight.

    Yeh Paul should fight Clinton Woods in April this year.
