    October 25th vs Tete

Great promoting job by Frank worren to get him another world title shot in his very next fight :good

Hopefully Butler will get the respect he deserves after this. Top young fighter at super fly.

I reckon kal Yafai is better...though butler is excellent too. Lots of talent in those very light divisions eg Frampton, quigg, kg etc

Why do people always turn Paul Butler thread's into Butler - Yafai debates.
Yafai isn't at Butler's level yet and may never be so it's pointless.

If your gonna talk about Yafai when mentioning Butler then you might as well talk about Andrew Selby & Michael Conlan... cause when they turn pro and get to world level both Butler and Yafai are ****ed!

    Do they?

Perhaps because they are biggest talents in the country at the weight however one has achieved more in the pro's yet the other beat him in the ams?

I think it's a bit early personally considering Butler is gonna try to become a 2 weight world champ and yafai has just won the commonwealth title. it's a bit like comparing Carl Frampton to Gavin Mcdonnell or Jazza Dickens.

Anyway if you wanna go on amateurs wins... Andrew Selby beat Yafai by about 17 points, and Michael Conlan beat Yafai by about 10 points. -Different Level.

Yeah, I think it's a bit early too hence why I wrote that I'd like to see it "at some point down the line"...

Not really the point though is it... Selby & Conlan haven't crossed over to the pro's yet, Yafai & Butler have... hence why it get's people talking.

Butler an yafai fought when they were both kids, butler has improved massively since turning pro! Their am fight bares no significance on how a fight would go now!

Zolani Tete is a good little fighter, no guarantee Butler is gonna win.

I'd have my money on Butler being the one having his hand raised.

Tete's broke his hand, pulled out of the fight.

    Shame.
