This really shows how good Josh Taylor is, he took OD to school. World level fighter for me.

Well looking at this he probably could have looked past him, looks a ridiculous difference in levels.

I was thinking somebody like OD who is arrogant and lives of that arrogance was seriously humbled by Taylor and that maybe he took something from him.

Farrell parks himself on the ropes and Davies unloads on him, but lets him out. Another strong two punches from Davies rocks the head back. Farrell turns southpaw and starts coming forward, lol! Wow, Farrell stayed on his feet the whole round!

 

I don't know who is more brave, Farrell or Farrell's corner.

I give Farrell a lot of credit for still being in there, I would have stayed down, curled up in a ball and took my money.

Maybe that's why I wasn't a boxer.

Farrell has weathered the onslaught from Davies and now seems to be settling in. He is still eating shots but at least he is able to take them. Nice right hand from Farrell. Davies slowing down and missing more. Decent round from Farrell even though he still clearly lost the round.

 

There's definitely something in the water in Liverpool to impressively keep producing fighters with pure glass mandibles.

Davies backs Farrell to the ropes lands a few, but then misses, gets off balance, and allows Farrell to pop him in the back of the head. Davies back on his jab, landing a nice one two as well. Good counter left from Davies as Farrell falls in after missing with a right hand.

 

I am so impressed by Farrells bravery but he is getting seriously worked over and I think in a 10 round fight and being down by this much there isn't much point in carrying on.

Farrell hasn't got KO power, his only chance has gone.

Farrell's corner is absolutely shocking, throw the towel in.

 

The referee is an A-Hole, Farrells corner are a disgrace, there was no need for that ending.

Davies landing home run right hands on Farrell, at least 8 in a row. Farrell goes down and barely gets back up. The ref lets it continue and Farrell takes two more unnecessary shots and it is over.
