    I didn't notice that. Indeed, he is wrong there. Title fights require you to be bang on or under:deal:good

    By the looks of it he's saying they do it 'just in case the scales are wrong' :lol:

    Eh, guess I was mistaken. 1 lb rule doesn't apply to title fights. Interesting.

    In Nevada you are given 1lb but in the UK you are not allowed an oz in any fight unless the other fighter agrees.

    In title fights you would have your title taken off you and the other fighter would be asked if they still wanted to fight you.

    Simples...

    Look at what happen to John Murray when he was 2oz's over!!! Stripped of his belt and him, his trainer and manager all got a £1.5K fine!!!

    He was given 2 hours to shed the weight and was still 400 grams over. He doesn't look very motivated for the fight. He may he making a mistake and looking towards Diaz.

    Very disrespectful and no excuse for a guy who is as active in a year as he is. he cant pull of a "well i havent fought in a year, had a hard time making weight".

    Easy win for Daley. Nice KO. I think the UFC were a little hasty booting him out, could have made some great match ups with Paul. Imagine Tiago Alves v daley?? That would just been a war. Not enough talent at strikeforce in the welter division at the moment. I think Daley beats Diaz, then who?

    Wow. Semtex should seriously have his hands inspected for...well semtex lol. He's a massive puncher. Diaz better not stand with this guy and go the Koscheck route.
