Well when I watch a few Daley fights it becomes apparent too me that he has a poor ground game and first class technical striking (for MMA), which you can see from the Smith KO. Watch his footwork and the way he shapes his body to transfer his weight from the backfoot, everything about it was technically brilliant, nothing like the wild, looping haymaker KO's you see so often in MMA.

 

Exactly daleys striking is brilliant technique people make the mistake of thinking just because he's a knock out artist he is just a slugger who throws heymakers, but he sets his punches up perfect! Shame about his ground game tho!
