Paul McCloskey was recently quoted in the Belfast Telegraph as stating that his amazing "self belief, confidence and ability to disregard all negativity" comes from a book which he read before the Khan fight called " The Secret " He believes in the Law of Attraction, ask and receive etc etc I am concerned for him as I believe this is causing him to be so delusional ( post Khan fight ) and he is showing signs of being a sociopath. I don't know whether this " The Secret " is a Matchroom ploy, feeding their stable of fighters a load of bull**** to believe they are on the level of elite fighters or on the brisk of world titles ala Brook and Mcloskey. Whatever it is, Mcloskey is on a dangerous road here, he may end up like Audley if he carries on with this new age bull****. Senior Hearn needs to give a good slap to Eddie and Mcloskey to stop this childish bull**** and give both these kids a reality check. http://youtu.be/slU5AcVYxgA
What was so delusional? Yes khan was beating him at that point of the fight and yes the fight was stopped early. Delusional would be him saying he won the fight
He can't possibly believe in that dumb **** for real. If so, Prescott will be the smartest man in the ring and that's ****ing sad.
Mental that all these succesful people believe in the secret of positive thinking... They are stupid. They should be sensible and 'realistic', like less succesful people.
It's all well and good having total self belief and 100% confidence that he can achieve anything but if he dangles his chin out in front of Prescott he will still get sparked out.
Jamie Moore believes in The Secret. He never achieved his ultimate aim of a world title. Im not saying the secret doesn't work. Positive thinking is an incredible thing.
