Paul McCloskey Confident: "I Know I Can Beat Amir Khan"

McCloskey is thr European Champion. He's earned his way to the top! He's no joke. He's not Salita. He's no Harrison.

McCloskey is gonna get annihilated in this fight. He's a game, solid and slightly awkward fighter but as soon as Khan starts with the combos, it's all over. Round 4 KO.

Still a big enough fight in the UK and would be a good tune up though Peterson would have been more competitive.

 

Easy for Khan

 

McCloskey has no chance lets get real.

 

Khan by UD but McCloskey will give him a scare simply by being aykward style with head movement khan is not used to. Khan's right hand will catch McCloskey though and ultimately win him rounds. McColskey has a very sneaky uppercut and shoulder roll which could potentially be where I see him giving Khan a scare.

 

To be fair to McCloskey he would easily beat Malignaggi or Salita.

 

I don't think he'd easily beat Malignaggi at all. I would say it's a toss up. In fact, if I had to choose someone, I'd go with Malignaggi.

But Khan will win this and I him winnning by tko quite early, i dont think Paul M will survive more than 5 rounds with the speed of khan, he just isnt on that level yet

 

McCloskey is a decent top 10 light welterweight fighter but i think Khan takes this comfortably. At 30+ Paul isnt getting any younger and since his game is based on quick clever movements i cant see Khan being fazed at all.

mccloskey would beat prescott with ease but lose to someone like peterson

 

well, i wanna see Khan stop somebody on HBO so i can show my grandma who he is :happy

 

Sad to say i heard HBO won't buy this if it's McCloskey.
