Round 2

Frampton scores with his jab but gets spun around coming in behind it with a wayward right. Quon blocks some jabs and tries to clap down on Frampton with some high hits. Another clinch and quarter spin. Frampton is threading his jab through the messy wide attacks of Quon and blending in a few right hands to the jaw and body. Frampton is just having target practice as Quon starts to circle slowly to the left at mid-range with a loose and easily broken guard. Frampton glides around popping jabs and easily slipping Quon's chops.

Round 3

Frampton throws out high jabs in multiples, bringing right crosses to bear behind them and forcing Quon to duck forward and take the brunt across the base of his neck. Quon takes a wild lunging swing with a left hook and gets countered as Frampton puts stinging short lefts and rights together. Nonstop flurrying from Frampton as he steps around Quon. Big looping right comes back from Quon and misses badly. Frampton jabs in rhythm while stepping to his left, unable to miss Quon's face. A few weak body taps by Quon before trying up. HUGE right hand lead from the hip by Frampton, snaps Quon's neck. Frampton is now watching alertly, stepping to his left and trying to aim a big left hook but unable to land it with all the encumbering power he's loading into it. Quon lands a couple of decent shots just before the bell but nowhere near enough to steal it.

Somewhat. It's definitely been years since I was able to get shitaced and enjoy a night of boxing. This would be downright impossible while impaired.

 

Round 4

Quon jumps around with his stance wide, throwing weak jabs. BIG RIGHT HAND knockdown by Frampton. Quon stumbles and holds his gloves out to steady himself but floats down to the canvas as his legs fail him. Quon beats the count but Frampton is on him, shoeshining the body and blasting him with rights to the head! Quon is on unsteady legs again!! Quon stumbles to the ropes and it is waved off!

 

What eleven scrubs did Quon beat? :blood Did he literally box a dozen actual baby kangaroos down there?

 

Frampton says it went perfectly to plan. (I thought he didn't have time to scout Quon at all?)

He says he likes to box relaxed and pick his shots and that last time out against Turley in his Sky debut was an anomaly.
