Paul McCloskey vs. DeMarcus Corley RBR

Yea my boy corely! they were going to rook him too! Great stoppage bc corely wouldve tee off on him.

 

Disagree. The reason McCloskey had time to get back in to a boxing stance was because the ref jumped between the two boxers. As Corley was ready to attack again, McCloskey's legs were still gone, and he was not prepared to engage again. A heavy knockdown was likely IMO.

 

I thought he got tagged heavily with a right hook but the following punch slipped him high in the temple area hence the chicken dance. Close fight, ugly stoppage but i still recon corley would have issued further hurt if the ref hadn't stood in the way

 

2 rounds? Are you serious? He was looking busy, getting schooled in the process and being beaten at his own game. **** stoppage but was saved Corley from being robbed.

Corley had McCloskeys number,the ref did him a favour by stopping the fight,it saved him getting KTFO.

 

Well... The referee have the power to stop the fight at any stage if he considers it too one-sided. (Calzaghe - Manfredo) Manfredo was clearly inover his head and didn't want to fight...
