    The involuntary jig and arm wave might have convinced the official to stop the fight. Still, that's just an awful stoppage, by anyone's reckoning.

    Love to see these two rematch, though. Their styles seem to match up quite well.

    McCloskey's legs DID buckle. He WAS hurt.

    Watch Calzaghe vs. Manfredo.

    Peter's legs never buckled. He was never hurt. This was nowhere near that bad. At least there's an argument for the stoppage - even if it's a very, very, very, very poor argument.

    McCloskey was rocked in his boots for a moment, but he seemed to have recovered and would probably have been saved by the bell even if Corley exploded on him after a standing 8.

    Manfredo was never even slightly hurt. That is one of many stoppages worse than this.

    This was just bad, not worst ever.
