make no mistake, McCloskey will be up for this but he's so open for the counter !! Khan wont let him tee off like that. we'll see a different level from Khan and his class will show. not sure when the fight will end but if it goes the distance, i'll say Khan will have a few scary moments throughout....if it goes to points, it'll be a convincing win, if it's a stoppage, it'll be late buuuuuuuut i'd never rule out a shock defeat if McCloskey can keep his cool and fights with commitment and passion. Could be a great fight.
Paulie tried that hands low style and he was eating a strong jab all night. Paulie is also a veteran at this level. Paul is untested at world level but he certainly has skills and some power. This is more of a test for paul to see if he can compete at world level with the top 5 fighters. I haven't really seen paul tested much from what ive seen from a top shelf fighter but he seems to be quite comfortable at the level hes been fighting at so far.
i think khans making a big mistake. he's taking this fight as a tune up and is expected to look great after all not many people outside ireland & britain know who Mcklowsky is. so allthough he'l probably win he wont look all that great paul is a tricky little ******* who's very slick and awkward should be a good fight and alot more competetive than most people think. but khan still wins
I reckon he'll look very good against him. Just like he looked good against Malignaggi and Kotelnik. Khan looks great against counter punchers. Pressure fighters give him trouble.
Khan had to prove his chin against Maidana. He could have outboxed Maidana for 24 rounds, but he wanted to mix it to prove something, that's the only reason he 'caught' him. His gameplan will be completely different against McCloskey, and yes I see a blowout, Salita style.
