    When Pacquiao got KTFO he picked a guy off a loss coming up in weight but Rios was a puncher despite being tailor made and he was definitely a valid tune up (terrible PPV idea though) and something you don't want after being badly iced. Ward has picked a guy who isn't even in the top 15 lol... I get he needs a tune up but this is like a tune up for a tune up.
