Do you get upset when football commentators are clearly biased towards the English team? If not, why not? Exactly the same thing.
He got beaten by an Arthur Abraham past his prime. Abraham eased off and made the fight a lot closer than it should have been. Absolutely no point in a rematch.
What shall we do with Judge Laguna? Put him in the scuppers with a hose-pipe on him. Sling him in the long boat till he’s sober. Give ‘im a taste of the bosun’s rope-end. Shave his belly with a rusty razor. Soak ‘im in oil till he sprouts flippers. Turn him over and drive him windward. Put him in the scuffs ’til the horse bites on him. Put him in bed with the captain’s daughter. Or, let’s just forget about it …
question. was smiths shot at AA worse than matthew hatton getting a light-middle belt shot v canelo when he wasnt event the best welter domestically ?
winning your domestic league more often than not doesn't necessarily make you a good team. just look at scotland.
But Basle consistently perform better in the CL then Rangers or Celtic do. And lets not forget all the English teams are laden with Sky's golden money pot so any team from the smaller nations (like Basle) who do well in the CL are consistently over performing on the big stage. Credit to them for that.
How was it not a good reaction after the fight! ive never seen someone so calm and pleasant after a fight in which they have been on the wrong end of a scoring mistake. for instance Groves after the stoppage in the 1st Froch fight was much much worse! Paul Smith true gent
Gary Neville is a legend and well respected in the game...better stick to boxing comments.......then again :yep:yep
I get irritated when commentators try and tell me something that just blatantly not true. I do not mind an opinion that is different to mine or a different point of view, I might learn something or see something I didn't see before but do not tell me my team is playing well or a boxer is winning when they are the wrong end of a beating.
