I doubt it.

Dodson has seen better days, I know Bellew isn't particularly experienced but he'd surely be way too big, way too strong for Tony.

I'm not sure Bellew makes 175 for too much longer, he's ****ing huge

I know Matthew Ellis is shocking so it might be a bit misleading, but I think he looked good at the higher weight.

 

I think being at 175lbs will have a negative affect on his career to. I would like to see him steadily building towards 200lbs over the next 2 years.

His natural weight probably lies somewhere in between.

Farnell isn't daft, if it starts taking it's toll on him they'll move him up.

He won't need to. He'll move, faint and land crisp punches throughout the entirety of the fight.

 

Groves received two counts in the same round and was stopped automatically. It's hardly evidence of a glass chin.

I don't think groves wins as easily as everyone is making out.

 

Bellew should stay at 175. Big-punching big-framed light heavies do well historically. And with 24 hr weigh ins it can be done.

Cruiserweight is not exactly deep historically. Not a huge amount of gratification to be had there.

If Tony can make 175 without detrimental effect to his health, he should do it. His attributes will see him better off there IMO.

But I agree he's big for the weight. I just think he should use it to his advantage (if e can) and maybe Tony can put me straight. :good

 

Oh, and if Smith tries to turn into a snoozefest I have no doubt that Groves will just beat him up.

With all due respect, Smith would domestic class at any weight. At super middle he's just an eyesore, aesthetically and stylistically.
