Lot of boxing Fan know Paul Spadafora as wasted talent, a fighter that gave Floyd Mayweather a Trashing in sparring 10 years ago, and was damn good boxer himself. Here we are 12 years later and Spadafora is still undefeated in divisions saturated with talent and big fights to be made 140 and 147 .. Does Spadafora a old but very talented south paw boxer have enough to left to make some of the big names at 140 and 147 to give him a chance or is he too big of risk?

    Thoughts ?

    What?

Before Spada famously started "trashing" Floyd in sparring, Floyd was near equally controlling those opening rounds of sparring.

Even at his old age, inactivity, and removal from a top end fight, I actually would like a low level top 10 JWW/WW to fight Spadafora as opposed to a more marketable opponent who has been recently beaten, never was a rated contender, etc.

Ok... But Not my point ... Do you think he has enough talent left to Bother some of the guys in the top 10 at 140 and 147?

Eh, maybe a couple lower end top 10 guys he could compete with for a while...

I'd have to look at the specific names in the rankings but odds are I'd pick all of them over Spadafora.

What about Bradly or Ruslan even Bronner :smoke

I think he could make things interesting if Paul has his head screwed on tight ..

No man, when he turns 49-0, his logical next fight is Mayweather

After that fight, he can try out everyone in 140/147 for all I care

His fight with Mayweather must be an (O) has to go :yep

Spadaforda was never that good, his toughest opponent was little Leonard Dorin which of whom he FOUGHT TO A DRAW, Leonard Dorin then turned around and was annihilated by Arturo Gatti in 2 rounds.

Bottom Line is Spadafora was never that good but he never fought anybody then went to prison. Alot of people would be undefeated with his **** resume.

Hopefully he beats Perez, then takes 2 more fights:

    Floyd Mayweather 49-0
    Manny Pacquiao 50-0

2 Fights and he will retire as

    G.O.A.T

Spadafora was a solid fighter who had a decent future but was a F-UP. I think he could probably-at his best-give Paulie or Judah a decent fight, but the top guys lay him out.
