is it credible? or is it like what you see from a bunch of undefeated fighters from mexico(undefeated records but they've fought terrible opponents so the minute they step up in class, they get pounded).i know he came off of a layoff but how long will it take for him to jump into the 140 pound picture?

He got a bit of a gift against Leonard Dorin, who was easily the best fighter he's ever faced. He squeaked by Victoriano Sosa and Angel Manfredy. I mean, he fought legitimate opponents, but nobody that great, and his record is pretty padded. As for now, he's not more than a regional draw. He was a speed based fighter, and he doesn't have the speed anymore.

very well put...so how do u think spadafora would fare against let's say victor ortiz or nate campbell? there are a lot of names at 140 pounds that's why i'd like to see him fight one of them instead of all these local pittsburgh bums.

That never occurred to me. :think I thought it was just because he was paranoid about other camps basing strategies on his ring work (despite claiming to never look at tape of opponents himself) - he must have been glued to SportsCenter through the whole Belichick scandal. :yep

Of course, when things like that (Paul somewhat getting the better of Floyd) happen, they leak - always, no matter what.

Hell, LeBron getting posterized got out contrary to his best efforts and all his power and influence!

In the Internet age, if people know your name and something happens near a camera (even a friend's camera), you have no secrets.

I have only seen 3 fights of Spadafora.

Very close fight with Angel Manfredy, Spadafora was good but not very good.

His fight with Leonard Dorin, total bull****, he should have lost this one, but this was declared a draw....:patsch.

And his comeback fight against Osin ***an, in this one, he was using foockin dirty tactics and managed to steal a split decision.

I think he was overrated and over protected. He never was an elite fighter, Floyd would eat him alive.

Dorin was robbed. The winner was supposed to fight Mayweather in a unification for all the belts, but once HBo saw how dog**** both looked, the idea was scrapped.
