Not if he fights at 154 and 160 due to the lack of names there. If he can still make 147 and beats the likes of Cotto, Clottey, Mosley and Mayweather, then yeah I don't see why not. If Manny beats Cotto then Williams will probably have to wait for him to retire though.
Hes arguably one of the best fighters in the world, and moves throughout different divisions; hes the epitome of what Pound for Pound means. Hes already in the top 10 so we'll have to see what happens after the Pavlik fight.

I believe so, and I can see him at 175 before his career is over as well. But beating Pavlik should put him in the Top 5 on the P4P rankings IMO.
After he gets Pavlikated he'll go down the same path as Taylor, Miranda, and a few others. He'll continue to lose all his important fights. An ass whoopin' from KP takes a lot out of a guy, and never gives it back.
I see Rubio hasn't fought again according to boxrec........ You would have thought he would have had at least a fight or two in Mexico to recover by now....
If Williams can beat Pavlik twice in a row ( he has to fight Pavlik again in the rematch cause of the damn rematch clause if Williams wins it first) then Williams imo should be in the top 3 or maybe top 2 p4p. He could be number 1 p4p if he keeps winning very well vs well known fighters.
He may get top5 P4P with a win over Pavlik. However, thereafter he is not going further in LMW and MW because there are no names. He will start sliding down the list as other do well and he does nothing. His chance to get higher is to go to 168 and join the huge pool of names and talent there. IF he can cut it at 168 then I see no reason why he could not join the battle for P4P no. 1.
If Paul beats Kelly twice, I see no rason why he couldn't get a fight with Floyd or Shane at 147 afterwards, it would generate huge money. Especially if Floyd or Shane were the undisputed WW champ.
