    Winky UD.

This all depends on what Winky has left though but I'm sticking with Wright.

Williams via UD. I can't possibly see any other result

For the record I voted for a Williams decision, Wright has shown a very good chin up to now.

I don't see anything other than points. The over seems as sure as sure can be in boxing. Williams throws a lot, but he's not bringing power Wright ain't seen. He's fought Trinidad, Mosley, Taylor up at middle, Hopkins up at 170. Worst comes the worst Wright tucks up in his turtle defence.

Wright was never a puncher and Williams also has a good chin.

    Free money guys!

This is going to be the first time the Brit forum as a whole was wrong unless things change.

    Winky UD.

Williams on points. Easily. I don't see how Winky can even make it that close, Williams will totally outwork him from the outside. Winky will be left looking for the opportunity to counter that never arrives.

I know that might sound a bit overblown but I really can't see Winky getting a foothold in this fight.

He loses much of his technical brilliance when he is the aggressor - but he'll need to be aggressive to get into this fight. If Winky sits back and tries to counter Williams will just throw bunches of punches from the outside at no risk.

Some say this is a boring fight but I dont see it like that. There are enough questions and a good mix of styles to make this interesting. Sure its not gonna be another Marquez v Vasquez but we have two top operators with plenty to lose.

If Winky loses then his days as a top fighter are effectivley done and if Williams loses badly then he may never be accepted as a top tier fighter.

The Winky that won every minute of every round against Trinidad would be a comfortable winner in this fight but that was 3 years ago? and who knows how much he has gone back since then, although Winky is such a technicaly correct defensive fighter that even if he has gone downhill he will no doubt be a very tough fight for Williams.

Paul Williams splits opinion everywhere, to some he is the second coming, the most feared and avioded boxer out there and to others he is simply overrated. I fall somewhere in the middle, he has a decent skill set, a reasonably hard shot although he is more likely to have success from an accumulation of punches. He has a great reach being freakishly large for a sometimes welterweight and has a fantastic workrate owing to a properly frugal training regime.

Hopkins and Mosley have already shown recently that there is still bite in the old dog yet and it is not impossible that Winky will put on a masterclass and shut out Williams but I reckon that Williams has enough youth, reach and above all energy to scrape a narrow points win.

Hope Setanta pick this one up.

Williams on points. Was tempted to go for Winky and this is really tough to call but I think it's just too long out and Williams is ready to really kick on with his career now. Although guys like Hopkins and Mosley are really showing age isn't as big a barrier as it used to be I still think Williams wins.

I don't know why people think this will be boring unless they expect blistering KO's every fight.

Williams always throws a lot of punches, upto 100 per round, which gives him and his opponent opportunities.

Wright has always been known as a high volume kinda guy too.

I dont think it will be boring at all, there almost certainly wont be a stoppage but plenty of punches will be thrown and plenty of skill will be on display.

**** 'workrate', Winky's class will shine through as he thoroughly outboxes Williams in an entertaining fight for a clear UD.

I hear ya, but work-rate is always a key element whether we like it or not in modern boxing. How much of it is effective might be debateable if Winky sits in a shell and picks off the occasional counterpunch.
