In the true sense of the word Paul Williams is definitely #1 P4P. The man is ranked top 10 in 147, 154, and 160. He has beaten a Wright that would have given anyone a tough fight that night, he beat Margo (probably with wraps), He beat Verno. He also is a true 147 pounder and tries to fight the best in every division he competes in.

And another thing STEP Away from LA abit and you will see that very few thought Margo won that fight. LA bested media and a couple of sackswingers dont make the fight close...There was a clear winner in this fight.

Williams is probably in my top 3 favorite fighters, and he is extremely tough to beat and definitely a pound4pound fighter. However, I fight it hard to put him above Pacquiao, Marquez and Hopkins, they have just accomplished too much. Depending on upcoming fights (and if Hopkins ever fights again), I could have him as high as #2 by the end of the year.
