I mean they guy is a stylistic nightmare, a slick lefty than can box and punch.

After the Quintana loss, you would expect for him to steer clear of this type of fighter. But ducking is not something the Punisher does, he just signs on the dotted line and fights the best time after time.

He has earned my admiration and support War Paul "The Punisher" WIlliams. I feel lucky that i get to see him live, throwing his 80-100 punches per round against a slick counter puncher, i cant wait.

    :bbb:bbb:happy

it wouldnt surprise me at all to see martinez confuse williams for a couple rounds. martinez can throw some quick combos when he wants and does move pretty well. all this is heightened by the fact he's a southpaw. but he's not very strong. his ko % is pretty low and of the fighters he has ko'd over the past few years, many were season 1 american idol rejects and cab drivers. so...competitive and maybe a little boring for a couple rounds, but i see williams ad******g and getting into his rythym and just overwhelming martinez. martinez doesnt hit hard enough to keep williams from imposing his will at some point and when that happens the fight should turn pretty one sided.

Tons of credit to both...considering Williams was scheduled to fight Pavlik then opted for this bout when Pavlik pulled out. It's definetly an edgy fight
for Williams as far as risk and reward ratio goes.

I think Martinez deserves the credit for facing Paul whom most seem to want to avoid. I don't give Martinez much of a shot but the kid has balls to take on this challenge. He's got a "cute, flashy" style. But I don't consider him a real task for Paul given the fact that Cintron had some success agaisnt Martinez.

Williams should be the favorite here.

IMO, Martinez is a very underrated technician.

I wouldn't be surprised if he springs an upset.

If PW gets by Martinez, he should try another slick southpaw in Yuri Foreman.

It's clealy a fight Williams can lose. Martinez would either crush or school this Espino dude and might turn Williams night into nightmare. I'll be VERY impressed if Willams comes through without looking bad.

Yeah same could be said about both fighters much respect. I dont know what can come of this fight but im sure Paul will be stalking and Martinez will be moving. I think I favour Martinez 60/40 due to his movement and jab which will probably decrease Williams workrate.

this is why i think that it will be a close evenly fought battle until someones will is broken, and that someone will probably be Martinez:!:
