The only way he is even considered is if he works his way into a mandatory spot. I think his team feels they are 'above' that kind of thing and just wants the 'big fights'.

Pac has his precious 'diamond belt' and would just give up his 'lesser' belt before fighting Paul. Mayweather? I don't see that happening. Paul just don't put asses in the seats and that is Mayweather's primary mission.
