    I agree. He did go 12 rds with Margarito who may have had loaded gloves at the time.

    I agree. He'll beat Winky Wright, and everybody will be scared to death to fight him.

    Do you have a link to where I can watch the fight with Walter Mattysshe? Only footage I've seen of it was on HBO's Paul Williams' greatest hits highlight

    True,altough he hasn't faced super punchers but his chin is strong nnetheless.

    why cant i seem to get excited about paul williams which is strange considering his style, abilty to bounce through weight divisions and is good to watch



    somehow tho i dont really care. maybe if he stayed at one division and unified it before moving up or down would help

    marg shook him to the body in the 10th or 11th but paul shows so much resolve... he just KEEPS ON FIGHTING!

    im one of the biggest pw fans on this forum but im scared to death of this fight... i think paul will do better fighting bigger fighters because he will see punches better..... when fighting mattysshe & quintana pt 1... the fact that the punches were coming from strange angles effected him ... i think he will be more aware of whats coming at him with larger fighters

    mattysshe at the time was 25 w 0 L with 24 t/ko's
    and we all know margarito has above average power
    quintana was 33-1 with 24 coming by way of t/ko

    but i agree he hasnt fought anybody with 1 punch concussive power... his fight with mattysshe was impressive tho
    because his style is so un-orthodox it comes off as borderline sloppy.... a lot of people say the same thing as you and its because he fights kind of wild... thats just his style tho... but h tried to clear out welterweight but nobody really wanted to fight him... after he beat quintana that 2nd time everyone was busy with everyone else and he kinda got blackballed so he had to go else where

    The Winky fight has nothing to do with Williams chin nor Winky's power.

    Winky will role back the time and decision him. His style is timeless, like Hopkins, it's going to allow him to fight for a few more years yet.

    He has got a good chin but he's a shark in a koi carp pond!!

    The guy is massive, and in every respect: height, reach, shoulder width etc.

    If he went and took arthur abrahams and pavliks best shots id have no arguement.

    Quintana isnt exactly a murderous puncher imo.
