paul williams has the most stamina/best cardio

    by a long way in the boxing game today,he throws easily over 1179 punches a fight from crazy angles almost like manny in a strange way,i can only think of henry armstrong for the voluminous amount of punches thrown in a fight! unbelievable.

    Pavlik has been known to throw a thousand punches a fight. Well, there are fights he was on pace to do that. Pdub has NOTHING, and I do mean NOTHING, on Pavlik when it comes to stamina/cardio. :deal He does arm workouts to the point where he sits and procrastinates before going into the gym and then sits in the parking lot afterwards unable to drive for a while.

    I would like to see Paul throw more power behind his punches. I wonder how much his output when drop if he put more force behind each punch.

    They just went over this the other day with punch stats. Williams averaged more than Pavlik by a good amount.

    I think PW does have the best stamina. He throws so many punches, and they are real punches, not like like another high workrate fighter from whales who shall remain nameless.
    Pavlik must have good stamina too because he throws lots of hard shots in his fights. Throwing with power is hard to keep up.

    Pavlik has had high numbers in some fights. He is capable of that. I think Pavlik still averages around 80 per round. What do you consider a "good amount"? Don't count the damned 'arm punch combo's' Paul likes to throw. Pavlik will hand him his lunch if he tries that **** against him.

    I agree the guy has unlimited stamina. I remember when he fought Winky at the start of the 12th he jogged and threw like a 5 or 6 punch combo like it was the first round. Williams is a beast.

    in my opinion hopkins scarred pavlik mentally 100 times more than the physical beating he gave him
    i think pavlik may already be on the downward slope already,the amount of fighters who got a beating from hopkins were never the same again infact some quit the sport,hopkins does somthing to a fighter that sets them on the road to retirement.hopkins v pavlik was almost a re run of hopkins trinidad.

    he has only been in like 3 fights that went the full 12
