Dont get me wrong he did great in his fight with winky, i even said paul would lose that fight. But i think Arthur, Kelly, and maybe even James KirKland can knock him out.i dont see any ww beating him out this point, clottey would be a bit more competitive then winky, but i still think he would outpoint clottey.but he needs to fight with a big puncher to have me sold.

    im not buying it. yet

    are you ?

    I'm with you.

But I am not surprosed that ESBers are all over his nuts for now, it is always like that after a big win. He is currently the ESB flavor of the month.

I'm not going to slobber all over his nuts but the guy has the opportunity to do something special, if he can keep improving. 147, 154, 160 possibly 168, he's accomplished titles in the first 2 and could beat the big names, I think he can beat Abraham aswell, and maybe pick up a title at 168.

I think he's very good, and wouldn't chose Kirkland over Williams just yet. The fight I want to see him in right now is against Abraham.

yeah i was pushing it with the james kirkland, but i can just see pw geting cracked with a hook and going down, while hes throwing his flurries.hes not a joe calzaghe, i think joe has better defence, but paul can improve so you never know.

The things that Williams does are extremely effective against the right opponent. There's no mystery to it. He's an in and out volume puncher. Standing in front of Williams and allowing him to repeatedly get off 9 punch combinations without answering back isn't going to cut it. Williams makes an innumerable number of mistakes - basically every time he does anything on offense or defense there's an overt error in there to exploit - but, again, the guy is a runaway train in the right situation. If somebody has the strengths to beat Williams I'll pick them. If they do not, I'll pick Williams.

not much more than i was before. I had him #12 now he's up to #10. Especially if he can still comfortably make 147, he would be a real force at WW

Thats what I keep telling people, he is a WW ... imagine Cotto trying to move up to 160 and fight Winky, and well all know what happened when Mosely fought Winky at 154 .... Williams is a great fighter at MW , but an Elite fighter at 147 or 154

i think williams power will be to much affected to beat the best of 160lbs + divisions

but man i want to see all of his fight for sure! if he dosnt struggle to make the 147lbs he should clean this first and there so much incredible match-up!

Williams-mayweather will be really interesting .

you can't compare the Winky that Mosley fought and the one that Williams fought. Different fighter. WW is 37 years old now and hasn't won a fight in over 2 years.

Yeah, I'm buying it at 154 and under. At 160, he will get ktfo out by the top guys. Even Martinez at 154 would be a big challenge.

I don't think anyone at 154 beats Paul Williams. His chin is a question mark still.. nobody knows how he'll react to being hit by someone who can really crack. But so far I'd say his chin is about average.

There's not really anything to buy on Paul Williams, he's not technically sound or anything, he's just an extremely athletic, awkward, herky jerky kind've a fighter, and he's entertaining as hell. I've never seen anyone like him before.

    :rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl

So true, btw who the f--k is Winky Wright these days?? Fought to a draw with Jermaine (the "supposed king" of the middleweights. Who also got smacked up like a ***** by B-Hop. He hasn't beaten anyone creditable since Shane Mosley at 154. Go back to your Kryspy Kremes, Wright.
