Paul Williams in motocycle crash: likely paralysed from waist down

I am hoping that Paul makes a speedy recovery. He is an inspiration to all of us.

This morning when i was doing my roadwork, all i kept thing of was Paul and how lucky i was outdoors running. He gave me the strength to keep going and not back down.

My prayers goes to him and his family.
