To me he was the highlight of the night, and props to Canelo for making sure he was there, really classy.
Saw he's giving himself two years to fully recuperate to get back to boxing :happy He went on to say if it takes longer then that he wont return to fighting. But either way he said his spine was saved and he will walk again, amazingly positive attitude in the face of terrible circumstances :bowdown
PW a G. He is an inspiration, people cry and complain about the dumbest and most petty **** imaginable. They never think about all the things that they DO have, things like walking or all of the other functions of our normal existence, if they do then they would realized how thankful they should be. PW is the man and has the type of attitude that many should embrace.
Didn't even bother with the video on the OP. The shots of him in attendance at the Canelo fight with a huge smile on his face were good to see.
Whether he walks or not, the guy should be fine. He's made good money, is a celebrity, and I'm sure has a loving family + countless friends. What more can you ask for? So what if you can't walk? There are still a ton of things you can do without the use of legs. I'd feel bad if he doesn't achieve his goals but I don't see anything wrong with being in a wheelchair.
i am using that video to show my students at school. inspirtation and courage are not big enough words for his attitude towards this tragedy.
It was great having the camera pan on him at the fight, I had no idea he was there or what state he was even in recently.
