Paul is a punching bag. He could beat Pac because the size difference is huge and if Mosley is shot yeah. Floyd? He gets picked apart seeing how well he does against slicksters, and we all know Floyd's style, he's not a Southpaw like Quintana or Martinez but his skill level is higher than theirs.

I believe Paul could make 147...and if he wants to get back to the WW division he should face Kermit at 147 to prove he can still make the weight. For me it's unfortunate for PW b/c he was FORCED out of the WW division. NO ONE would mention his name or give him a chance. But not he can kind of squeeze his way in there with the bigger names like Floyd, Shane, Berto, and Manny. The WW division is the most talent rich and competitive right now and PW would add to that.

I have Pac picking him apart too. Look how Paul gives up his height and reach against Marquez. Pac has enough angles and speed that he would catch Paul with punches he simply does not see coming. Pac's stamina is not going to fail like Martinez's did.

Personally, I believe him when he says he can make the weight. But many don't. And anyone who follows boxing knows that fighters don't always tell the truth.

Well it was hard to believe he could make 147 at all, so i guess people are reluctant to say its impossible now.

After all that, Paul Williams still is shitting on Kelly Pavlike. Ive never seen a boxer quit during training because he was so scared. He started to watch tape on Paul and said "**** it, im not going through with this. i cant take another loss like i did to Hopkins, call of the fight. Tellm i have a staph infection or something" aahaha...loser

Pac's a way better fighter than Williams, and in this post I'm not in my "**** around mode". I really have nothing against Williams.

That said. Williams is so damn tall and rangy, Pac's freaking 5'6 and a half. I see what you are saying but I don't know. Paul's chin is solid even though it's been tested by the likes of Quintana, Martinez (who is a solid but not a power puncher) and Pac is a power puncher but he's a smaller welter and I think PW would take his punches.

Again P4P, no doubt in my mind Pac is the better fighter.

Even if Williams can make 147, it's unclear what that would do to his punch resistance. If Pac could get inside and connect you never know if a weakened PW would come tumbling down.

Now that you mention that, maybe this fight shouldn't ever happen.

No one gets credit if this fight were to happen. If Pac wins, Williams was drained and Pac beat another drained fighter. If Paul wins, he's cherry picking midgets.

Actually, I disagree. The midget has conclusively beaten two of the very best WWs in the world. He's got no excuses if he loses to PW. And Williams has complained for two years that he's the best WW and no one will fight him at that weight. If he tries to claim weight drain after losing he'll sound ridiculous. imho.

Martinez may have started a crack that his next opponent can take advantage of.

I got news for everybody. Paul Williams IS a welterweight. But nobody wants to fight him! So he has to fight at higher weights.

Bull****. He was a titleholder, he had his mandatories. He was just eyeing the big names, can calling them out. Those guys had their eyes on bigger things too. YOu gotta pay your dues, beatin contenders and such before pulling that ****.

I am sure he could make 147 but that's besides the point. If you don't fight at the weight then you can't be upset when the guys that do fighte there choose to fight each other instead of you.
