2 best P4P? I don't know about that. Paul Williams got outboxed and cut up bad in his loss, and then Coot barely escaped guy like Torres. I think Cotto is a great fighter, no doubt, and Paul Williams is a major threat, but I need to seee alittle more greatness from them, before I give them the top two places in all of boxing.

If it weren't for the fact Margarito had a horseshoe in his gloves that night, Cotto would've walked right thru the cheating little ****.
That bout should be erased from Cotto's record, as there is clearly a huge question mark against the validity of this result.
Hope Antonio looks back on his now tarnished reputation and thinks it was worth it.
Same goes for SS Mosley - Another cheat exposed, who should be banned for life.
The sooner Boxing gets its' house in order and starts throwing the book at these sorts of people, the sooner the mainstream public will start to treat boxing as a serious sport,
    with proper rules and regulations.
Instead, 'name' fighters such as those already mentioned, as well as Roy Jones jr, James Toney and, almost certainly, Evander Holyfield, continue to '**** a snook' at the 'authorities,' who seem unwilling and / or unable to sanction their underhand and unlawful training regimes.
Sanction fees mean more than honesty, I guess....
