lol pwill has one of the best chins in boxing! period! you dumb ass "wagon jumper" i swear u dudes on this forum are just plain stupid. u beleive whatever commentators say, i guess jcc's chin was glass after hearns? or margarito's after moesly? lol pwill only been knocked down by one fighter in his whole career, but martinez knocking him out means he was exposed and now his chin is glass? then u say ishida's knockout of kirkland was a fluke? then why insnt martinez ko labeled a fluke? especially since paul had just beaten him a few fights prior? lol pwill has eaten that overhand left his whole career he was NOT exposed! that was just a perfectly placed punch = fluke, not that it landed, but the ko. had it not landed perfectly he would have tired just like the first fight and paul have tee'd off on him again. how can u not see this? that punch is all sergio can do when he fights paul. pwill is not shot! his problem now is his confidence, hes secound guessing himself. thats why this fight was so good for him he started getting that fearless spirit back in him in those middle rounds. im tired of hearing people say he needs to fight tall! NO HE DOES NOT! thats like sayin kirkland should box. NO he needs to get the confidence back in his chin so he can get to these guys that run. he's going to take shots thats his style and its effective when he beleives! he could have ko'd ishida but he turned off the gas. ishida looked like he wanted to pass out in his corner.lol

 

The thing about PWillie is that his fight game has went backwards rather than forward.It seems that after the Winkie fight he started getting lazy in the application of his skills. That over-reaching and leading with his head is more pronounced now. In this fight with Oshida, he did better with it but a cut above fighter would have still been able to exploit it.When he was climbing the ladder he wasnt scrutinized as much and he was able to get over but not now. I havent forgot, P Willie forgot , and his trainer never knew. If he dont tighten that his **** up, he will be reduced to a gate keeper and a stepping stone.Hes screaming for big names but I dont think hes ready. Hes basically fighting just for the cash anyway cause he said two or three more fights and he is done. I think he is being pulled in another direction in his home life. He owns a lot of property and if Im not mistaken I think his new woman is that female that was on Flava Flavs show, straight gold digging. Just saying.:bbb:bbb

I think his chin's okay, not as solid as it was; but durable enough to survive 80% of punchers. I do think that his defence is shocking, and his balance, bearing in mind that is a boxing fundamental, just flat out sucks.

 

I thought he improved a lot. He impressed me in may areas. Used quite a bit of head movement, a nice jab, and didn't get over focused on garbage work. Especially in his ability to gum Ishida up when close. His arm are freakishly long. Wow.

Not sure if he is ready for elite level talent, but he is better. Time will tell.

 

Paul is good for the sport Great fight from what I saw, far better than the heavyweight macth.

 

So let me get this straight...


Cotto, Mosely, Mayweather, and even Margo avoided a fight with this guy because it was too much risk vs. reward... And none of you ***git-ass bitches sad a word? Some people even defended that ***** ****...
