Actually P2K is confirming that Pavlik/Martinez looks likely at this point, though Sturm's name has resurfaced suddenly. Who knows....

Does AA have a fight scheduled? :huh

I'm not going to do the math, but I would think another KO pretty much moves him to the next round doesn't it?

Its actually quite possible that he could lose his next 2 fights and still move on with 3 pts.

metheads?? don't say that about a future colleague of yours :D

pavlik will ice williams. that is not a knock on paul. you know damn well i like paul and have not said one cross thing about paul or the negotiations or anything. but kelly will stop him. no it won't be because kelly is the supreme boxer of the two or is the most slick of the two (how could i claim he is) but he will take his licks and fire back and what he fires back will stop paul.

sergio is a tougher fight. he can be as slick as he wants. but lets see him throw his combos and try and tie up a guy who is as strong as kelly. aint gonna happen. hell get thrown off like a rag doll and get ripped.

ya'll hate kelly so bad and so much you want to think everyone that can lay a glove on him can beat him. well let me let you in on a lil secret....EVERYONE HITS HIM!!! that's how he fights. he takes a lickin and keeps on tickin. and at 160, no one will stop him. not sergio, not paul, not anyone. at least not what is out there today. aint gonna happen fellas.

watch zuniga, zertuche, mckart, miranda, and taylor...all were able to lay a glove on kelly. none had ever been stopped. all were stopped by kelly. ya'll want to make it seem that b/c he stepped up and fought bhop at 170 and GOT SMOKED that sergio and paul can do that to him at mw???? that is crazy and it trivializes just how good hopkins is.

don't get it twisted. paul and sergio would have their moments against kelly. i can't deny that for a minute. both are warriors and both are fine fighters. both would get iced. i don't care if they won every minute of every round prior to it happening.

    i say again...watch ptp/margo...you'll see.

Considering the field NBA is going into he needs to practice being a little more civil. Hell, a lot more civil. 'Tones' aren't something you turn on and off at will. They have this sneaky way about them....

I am glad we can have some friendly debate with the occasional low blows Herm, I actually would want as a Pavlik fan for Kelly to fight Gevor, Sturm and Mundine, legitimate MW's, with some name recognition who all have there fair share of resumes, instead of JMW's which I think Kelly beats both and is a no win situation.
I honestly have not done the math myself but I think another win gets him in easy, him having 3 points at the monent.

To a certain extent HBO is controlling Kelly's career at the moment. They are still the force in boxing. Take Mundine off the list. He ain't a legit anything at the moment. I actually keep forgetting who beat Lorenzo for the other belt. Talk about a sad state of a division.

His name never shows up in the forum or elsewhere, I guess that is why I keep forgetting it. Who manages him? Is it Sturm's old outfit?

its not a knock on paul or sergio at all. i like both of them. i really do. i also am objective about this (just look at ringmaster's poll of pav/bute...:D couldnt bring myself to vote)

    one day landshark...one day...it will happen...:D

based on what i've seen aa should win this tourney and then my oh my will the tables have turned  we should get our kelly/aa fight after all is said and done.
