Sorry for lumping you as simply a Puerto Rico boxer fan.

That said it irks me when people try to rush Paul off the 147 scene saying **** like he is too big and other ****. Fact is the guy has fought at 150 and 160 for streches of time and then came back down to 147 for stretches. His walk around weight, according to him, is 158 which is similar to Sugar shane and probably less than Cotto's.

 

No it won't. Roy had to lose 25 lbs. The difference between MW and WW is 13 lbs. Not only that, but Williams came into his last MW fight at 157 lbs. and walks around at about 160 lbs. Shuffling between MW and WW is no problem for a guy like Williams.

 

Screw hbo then. This is a fight that should happen!

 

Paul is naturally about 164.

You think he's skinny you should see both of his brothers. Them cats are just naturally tall and skinny as hell. That's why I just laugh when all these ****in fools claim he can't come back down to 147 and fight. It's really nothing for him. He can move down that far at ease.

And you guys can stop dreaming about a Cotto matchup.

Bob Arum would get in the ring and fight Paul himself before he let his son Miguel get in the ring with him. Ain't gonna happen. Miguel ain't ready for that constant barage of punches from 82" away. And his beard ain't gonna hold up...

Your right about the weight, but I feel that the time away from that weight could cause him some harm. I just want to see a evenly match between him and any other WW.
