Paul Williams is allegedly still looking for a welterweight fight. Andre Berto is supposed to be fighting soon, but without an opponent as of yet. I doubt this fight would go down, but who would win this one?
Berto. Williams got rocked and stunned and was on his way to getting KO'ed by Cintron...he's over hyped and is trying his best to stay out of the LMW division because his power isn't a factor and his slap punching and air punching isn't really going to beat anyone significant in that division.
Paul williams claims that he is/was the most feared man in boxing. I genuinely believed that this was the case a while ago as so many others did too. Then i realised that he will call out fighters saying that they are ducking him when negotiations strt he cant make the weight safely no more etc etc. My message to him is to choose one division and one only, make your legacy their and let the fights come to you. BTW Berto isnt dyanamic enough to beat a fighter like PW. He should fight Kermit Cintron next.
Toss up fight IMO. Don't know about this "hospital" or "demolition" talk. Peeps still overrating P-Dub. Don't know what he has done to deserve such a rep. :huh
Williams would win.. at the least before the 8th round.. he has size advantage, more output.. Berto doesn't have the greatest defense.. Berto has way shorter reach... this aint Pacman or Mayweather.. its Berto who is just as unproven as Williams... so to say Berto could beat him is pretty stupid unless you have some hard core factual analysis of both's fighting style (pros/cons/ and flaws)

Would be a bad fight for Berto to take. I really see no way he can win. I see the ref pulling him out after about 9 rounds of punishment.
